7 Pounds in 7 Days | Week 1 Results of Gut Health Focused Nutrition and Workouts

I am blown away at my Week 1 results!
Down 7 lbs and feeling really great!
Coming off of vacation I was feeling pretty bloated, puffy and ready for a new cadence with my routine!
In the first week of my gut focused nutrition and no- impact workouts I have learned these nuggets:
🌱 There is SO much power and pride in being intentional with food! 🫐
🌱 Feeling satisfied, content and no bloating after meals has been one of my favorite feelings this past week!
🌱 Mental clarity and realizing my energy levels through the day are majorly impacted by the food I’m eating.⚡️
🌱 Confidently enjoying a holiday meal ( the 🧀 was so tempting!) and sharing new and healthier recipes with the family was a highlight.
🌱 Slower workouts have given me more time to focus on the movement and making the mind-body connections needed to really get the most from the moves 💪🏻
Jumping into Week 2 with more excitement!
I’ve been having a lot of fun creating meals within the guidelines of the program. Paul has been loving the meals, too!
