52 Weeks of Mail: Week 27 | 4th of July *Sparkler* Mail
I am quite excited to share this week's mail project. The 4th of July is one my favorite holidays so I had plan a themed week around it. Yesterday I shared an inspiration post here full of red, white and blue. Today I've got more red, white and blue with SPARKLERS bundled together in a mailable package. Here we go:
I picked up a large pack a sparklers at Target for $2.00 and designed the card to hold the sparklers. Each card is 4"x 9" and fits into a #10 envelope. The background of the card has grey stars and the belly band is looking festive with red, blue and grey letters spelling out: "Sparkle, Shine & Celebrate. Happy Fourth of July". I used scotch tape to secure the sparklers on the back side of the belly band. Once the sparklers were secure, I used glue dots to keep the belly band in place.
Each envelope required $1.00 worth of postage because the envelope was no longer flat. Even the stamps coordinated with my 4th of July theme. Pretty fun, right? What are you doing to celebrate 'Merica this weekend? Have fun and be safe! πΊπΈ
