52 Weeks of Mail: Week 17 | New Home Congrats

 Last week's mail theme was inspired by the buzzing real estate market.  With a buzzing market, comes many new home sales and purchases.  A few of our friends and family have recently sold or purchased their first homes.  I thought a few new card designs were in order to celebrate their milestones.  Here's what I came up with:

I ended up coloring in the large heart, on the second design, with a red gel pen for an extra pop.  What do you think?  Red heart or no red heart?  Both cards will be available in my Easy shop soon!  Thanks for stopping by and check back tomorrow for Week 18's inspiration.
