Gut Health : Week 2 of 4
Day 1 ๐๐ปDay 8 ๐๐ป Day 15
Iโm still flabbergasted at how much this program is impacting my body and mind! Week one I was down 7 lbs and down another 2lbs in the second week!
I am eating really delicious food and feeling so light and airy. Bloating is gone and gassiness has significantly been reduced.
My skin and chin breakout is clearing up. I usually have pretty dry skin and I feel like itโs softer and producing natural oils because Iโm using less lotion and face oil.
Am I starving? Absolutely not. I am eating more food than I was before I started! I am really living the proof that plants can heal our bodies and make us feel really great!
I have 2 more weeks to go and then I start reintroducing gluten, dairy, sugars, corn, soy and alcohol to determine what sensitives I have.
I believed in the importance of gut health before I started this, but now Iโve experienced it. I donโt want to go back to feeling bloating, foggy and uncomfortable in my my clothes because of inflammation.
Iโm going to be a walking billboard for it because
