Our physical homes provide shelter to our bodies. But, your first home, your body, provides shelter for everything inside of you.
Your heart, mind, soul, all the bones, muscles and organs we require to breathe each day.
Without a solid foundation to your home, it will start to crack (back pains), crumble (mental health struggles) and major repairs may be required (surgery or illness).
With this perspective in mind, I encourage you to assess the foundation of your first home and see what might require maintenance.
